How to build a balance board!

Buy at IKEA "SNUDDA": about 5,- Euro (or use something similar)


Bottom side of "SNUDDA"


Detach the rotating part.


Cut from the small board two pieces off. About 5cm as shown. The middle part is waste.


Big board and small cut board.


Drill two holes in each small part.



Screw the small parts on the big board.

Use anti-slip tape if you like for the upper side. (about 3,- Euro)

If you like, you can attach another piece as shown for stabilization. (catch it at the hardware store) ;-)
Take care that the screws are not going through!!!
